Safeguarding your health information is important to us. Our privacy practices describe how, when and why we may disclose your health information.

As a patient, you have rights and responsibilities regarding your treatment and interaction with Health Services professionals.

Providers at Health Services oppose all discrimination in any form and work to foster an inclusive environment in which to deliver needed health care.
